All products sold through Dhanota Digital Works are digital products delivered electronically.
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, refunds cannot be issued.
Exceptions
Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment
- Product not delivered
- Corrupted or inaccessible files
- Technical issues that cannot be resolved
